Assistant Area Manager (OPS)
We are currently seeking for an Assistant Area Manager to join our fast growing DHL eCommerce!
This position will report directly to Bangkok Area Manager.
Job purpose:
·Assist the Area Manager for accomplishing assigned works on the timely manner.
·Ensure accurate and timely of delivering base on the company procedure and policy.
·Manage a team of 100+ couriers, along with the depot supervisory as well as quality team.
Responsibilities:
·Supervise day-to-day depots operations, troubleshoot issues in relating to delivery performance and capacity management utilization etc.
·Coach and develop Depot Supervisors on important aspects of work performance. Also provide recommendations for development, promotion or further improvements plans in case of poor performance
·Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved in which including service quality, financial and EOS targets.
·Take corrective, preventive actions and follow up.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s Degree Logistics/Industrial Management or Industrial Engineering
·Minimum of 5 years in supervisory and managerial experiences
·Stong team leadership skill
·English for communication
·Having car license and owns personal vehicle
