  • >5 years of experience as a Salesforce CRM Development/Support specialist
  • Hands on experience on Sales and Service Clouds, Partner Community Implementation
  • Salesforce coding and configuration knowledge on lightning, lightning experience, Salesforce One Mobile App
  • Knowledge of handling tickets, support process working with large user base is mandatory
  • A very good implementation knowledge of Lightning Flows, Lightning Web Components is mandatory
  • Hands on experience with Apex, Configuration using workflow, Process Builder, Approval Process
  • Worked on salesforce deployments through Change Set, Ant and Salesforce DX.
  • Expert in implementing asynchronous apex jobs and email services.
  • Expert knowledge across various SFDC implementations covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community cloud, Chatter & App-exchange applications
  • Good to have experience working in cross cultural domain specifically under different geographies such as Europe, APAC, etc.
  • Adopt to DevOps methodology to build and support the application in Agile/Scrum model.
