Joining our Solution Delivery team as a Senior Integration Expert, you’ll lead the webMethods delivery team(s). Your role is crucial to deliver innovative integration solutions to the customers. You will manage provision of specialist knowledge and provide advice/guidance to the area of SAG webMethods based implementations.
You are required to solve high complexity integration technical issues and provide Quality Assurance, Configuration, Testing, Training or Documentation services to implement the final solution using SAG webMethods platform. You will also analyze business processes by identifying alternative solutions, assessing feasibility, and recommending new approaches.
What you will do
·Design, build and maintain software components and CI / CD pipelines for a high-complex webMethods based system integration landscape
·Act as technical lead of development teams on issues of performance, tools, and standards
·Provide consultation, guidance and technical expertise with respect to Webmethods technologies
·Drive and participate in solutions of technically complex migrations & integration opportunities and transition programs
·May lead others in developing innovative solutions to highly complex problems and contribute to employees’ professional development
·Deliver projects successfully by defining scope, business processes, projects & schedules to ensure tasks are delivered in line with customer expectations.
·Working closely with project teams, product managers, technical and customer groups to resolve process related problems.
·Provide accurate status on deliverables to project manager (and frequently internal customers) to ensure successful recharging of project work
·Gather and manage business requirements, user, functional, technical and process requirements for products, services and/or software applications
·Justify project/assignment in terms of context, benefits, options, costs, ROI, risks, dependencies and commitments
·Ensure project/assignment completion in accordance with the pre-determined scope, time, budget and quality; plan, prioritize and communicate status of related tasks
·Prepare and carry out presentations/documents to clients to win new business
You should have
·Atleast 10 years of expert experience in Webmethods Administration Support and development
·Knowledge on various kinds of inbound and outbound delivery mechanism, like MQ, ftp, sftp, https, etc
·Customer and end-user focused and excellent oral and written communications skills
·Strong business acumen and software technical and design knowledge
·Analytical skills, conceptual thinking, customer focus, seeking information skills, forming relationships, planning and organization skills and teamwork
·Expertise in using webMethods components/Tools like webMethods Integration Server, webMethods Designer, webMethods Adapters, MWS, Universal Messaging etc
·Good time-management, organizational, multi-task and prioritization skills
