Overall Job Purpose :
DHL Global Forwarding Morocco is looking for someone who can:
- Ensure cross-functional alignment, process excellence and performance improvements enabling more efficiency, more effectiveness, more change capability
- Ensure alignment and management of project portfolio and local initiatives
- Drive the ISO certification process in DHL Morocco’s office
Main tasks and Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ISO 9001 and ISO 4001 certification project
- Develops a culture of quality, process excellence and continuous improvement
- Responsible for ensuring project portfolio management and alignment of country projects/initiatives in terms of process and quality management
- Ensures cross-functional alignment
- Responsible for Lean management practices implementation
- Manages and measures local/global KPIs and reporting with agreed targets and identify performance gap / put corrective actions in place
- Responsible for leading and driving performance and process improvement programs
- Owns overall responsibility for Performance Improvement/FC activities, Business Process Optimization and Customer Implementation
- Responsible for all tasks related to operational systems AFR/OFR/RFR (roll out of new system and/or new function / Training to product teams/ Raise tickets –escalation for any issue related to operational systems)

- Masters the change management process
- Master degree in Transport and Logistics or Quality and good knowledge of ISO Certifications processes
- Strong knowledge of excel and rest of MS Office
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English
