We are looking for our new colleague for the next position

International Logistics Admin Support

Main tasks and key responsibilities:

• Execute day to day operational activities including but not limited to the following activities :
• Engage with LSP (contracted Logistic service providers) to retrieve required periodic documentation.
• validating correctness of LSP documents based on instructions
• maintaining repositories, overviews and create reports

• Organizing documents and files in an orderly manner.

• Fluent English knowledge is a must
• Secondary education
• Pro-active attitude
• A minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in a similar job, within an international logistics field
• Team player
• Ability to follow the rules
• Accuracy in daily work
