We are looking for a
Customer Solution Coordinator
to join our CSS Team


Main tasks and key responsibilities:

? Initiate and manage the development and implementation of customer specific
enhancements that improve pre-agreed performance metrics (KPIs),
? Identify the necessary cross-functional resources to successfully manage a customer
solution,
? Support Customer Solution Managers in preparation for Business Review meetings:
preparation of charts/dashboards,
? Collate and consolidate performance metrics from all cross-functional partners for
presentation to the Customer,
? Together with Customer Solution Manager being a customer Single Point of Contact for
all activities in the After-Sales environment,
? Identify, register and escalate service performance issues to internal partners in order to
coordinate resolution,
? Manage solutions at in the After-Sales environment to include day-to-day interactions,
issues analysis, escalation management, functional coordination, and Key Performance
Indicator Management,
? Communicate and drive contractual entitlement, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and
agreed operating procedures to internal partners, as documented in agreed Program
Specification Document.

Requirements:

? Fluent English knowledge
? Minimum 1/1,5 year experience in customer service
? Experience in international logistics field is an advantage
? Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially excel (pivot
table/vlookup/macros) and power point
? Very strong customer focus
? Experience in escalation handling
? Very good communication skills
