Job Purpose:

Act as interface to the customer for all after-sales related activities and drive growth by increasing retention and identifying opportunities. Improve customer experience with DHL as facilitator between the customer and DGF product & operations in the countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct customer value (Standard Activity)

·Preparation, participation & follow-up of Customer Business Review Meetings

·Create pre-agreed monthly & quarterly Customer Reports

·Drive process improvement activities together with the customer (First Choicetools)

·Support customer projects (Cost, Optimization, etc.)

·Track and monitor shipments escalated by Senior contacts at customer

·Customer plant Surveys

Internal enablers (Standard Activity)

·Driving Report Standardization

·Consultation on SOP creation, support on SOP maintenance

·Facilitation of Account mapping process / customer data management

·Support implementation of additional lanes

Business Turnaround / Customer Stabilization (Exceptional Activity for a limited period)

·Manage crucial operational/customer service tasks on interim basis

·Support on re-implementation tasks

·Facilitate EDI Setup

·Rate maintenance & distribution

·Supporting Account Receivables management (data etc.) or exceptional audits

Key capabilities/Competencies:

·Ability to create collaborative work environments internally and externally; team player yet ability to work autonomously

·Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint

·Good spoken & written English skills

·Basic DGF product and process knowledge

·Working knowledge Logis Air and Ocean, ideally Forwin and DHLi

·2-3 years of work experience (or relevant education level), preferably in a transportation, logistics, operations or customer facing environment

·Degree in Business/ Logistics/Supply Chain/Information Technology (preferred)

·Supplementary:First ChoiceBronze certification

·Supplementary: Visual Basic, Excel & Logis Macros
