POSITION: CRM Administrator

REPORTS TO: Manager, Business Intelligence & Sales Administration

LOCATION: Brampton, ON


We currently have an opportunity available for a CRM Administrator, in our Brampton location. The Administrator will work with the sales team on all CRM related inquiries, and will work with the regional and global team on new role outs in sales process. The successful candidate can work independently, and has attention to details.


  • Perform system administrator function of the CRM applications (COMET, COMET App, GO, MWS, GWS, GCPT, CRT, BRE, etc.)

  • Review compliance and results for account opening / update and identify areas of improvements

  • Perform data integrity and validation tasks such as merging duplicate records, deletion of inactive accounts, pipeline and activities clean-up

  • Establishing proper primary ownership of existing customers and accounts in accordance with sales territories and secondary assignments as required

  • Data mapping of existing customers with DHL Global Customers: removal to existing or addition to the list on a monthly basis

  • Review and analyze account and customer grouping or hierarchies on a regular basis using Group Code, MAC and Account Group Code (for local hierarchies).

  • Work with National Accounts Managers to establish new hierarchies, by identifying the parent site and linking the child sites.

  • Database reconciliation between Billing system (CMF) and Customer Management System (COMET)

  • Maintain user roles, security and profiles in COMET

  • Review Quick-Onboarding (QOB) results

  • Review and implement MC rank-ups and territory changes on a regular basis

  • Facilitate reseller account creation / update

  • Implement Customer Reallocation on a semi-annual basis

  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations

  • Participate in any global or regional initiatives regarding CRM upgrades

  • Liaise / escalate any country issues with the global CRM Support team

  • Address and assist users with any issues and questions using CRM tools

  • Update and maintain other local applications as required

  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • BA/BS Degree

  • 2 + years of CRM experience or analytics

  • Business acumen and knowledge of DHL’s services an asset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access)

  • Database and web-based applications knowledge a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Problem solving and information seeking skills
