Sustainability Procurement Program Manager - (m/f/d)

Unlimited contract | full-time

Job description

  • Develop and implement project management plans to deliver on Supplier Sustainability, Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) Risk & Compliance projects (at required quality standard, on time and on budget)

  • Implement program management plans and processes for successful execution of programs

  • Monitor and report on the milestones of the project execution and implementation in line with cost, deadline, and resource planning, as identify and highlight deviations on project expenditure to adhere to defined project budget

  • Perform reporting and management of project risks and modifications to the scope of the project

  • Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays in the delivery of projects and implement risk mitigation action plans to minimize projects risks

  • Support the implementation of program results to create targeted impact

  • Instruct, direct and review the output of functional project team or individual program managers

Your profile

  • University degree or a comparable qualification

  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in sustainable procurement (including Human Rights)

  • At least 3 years of experience in working in an international virtual interdisciplinary teams

  • Has proven track record in managing large-scale projects and mastering project management tools / methods e.g. MS Project or similar

  • Previous agile & scrum working experience

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

  • Knowledge of savings & value potentials in the area of sustainable procurement

  • Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility Guidelines

  • Knowledge of trends and state of the art in the area of sustainability procurement

  • Fluent in English, knowledge of German desirable
