We are looking for an experienced and proven Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/x) who will consult with client groups to facilitate organizational improvement and provide Human Resources Business Partner support, to ensure that CSI has the right talent capability to enable the business to meet its goals. This support includes the following functions: Recruiting and Talent Management, planning and organization of Learning and Development initiatives, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Policy and systems implementation and other projects as assigned.
·Provide HR advice, expertise and guidance to managers
·Support the CSI Sector and Functional employees to ensure they receive a full portfolio of HR services to the appropriate service level.
·Manage specific projects and key support such as panel reviews, compensation and benefits, learning and development initiatives, Employee Opinion Survey (EOS), HR systems and processes.
·Consult with managers on human resources issues.
·Align and implement HR initiatives such as Performance /Talent Management, Recruiting, EOS, Learning and Development, HR Systems and processes across CSI region.
·Support selection of CSI EMEA positions to ensure appropriate hiring and promotion decisions are made including pre-screening and interviewing candidates.
·Manage new hire orientation and conduct on and off boarding sessions for new joiners and leavers.
·Manage the EOS process for the region, including facilitating workshops, action planning and ensuring appropriate actions are taken across Sectors and Functions.
·Ensure compliance to HR related legislation.
·Provide appropriate advice, analysis and support for Compensation & Benefits.
·Support employee transfers throughout the network.
·Advise and support effective talent development, deployment and tracking within CSI
·Manage the relationship with the German works council and lead all local negotiations with social partners involved
·Manage the implementation process of paybands in Germany in alignment with DP DHL Compensation & Benefits principles including negotiations with the local social partner communication & training
·Develop initiatives to improve data quality and process flow for Core HR processes and steer implementation of these initiatives across several countries
·8-10 years or more proven success in human resources on international level, with core expertise in Recruiting, Compensation, Training and Development and HR systems required.
·University degree in HR management or business related field required.
·Effective in consulting and working within a matrix organization.
·Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitative and execution skills to achieve business priorities.
·Thorough HR knowledge of HR portfolio.
·In depth knowledge of German labor law is required
·Effective presentation and facilitation skills required.
·Proficient communication skills, spoken and written.
·Excellent interpersonal skills and high integrity.
·Fluent German language skills required.
·Proficient in standard PC applications – MS Office.
·Displays business judgment when developing and implementing HR initiatives.
·Uses leadership and interpersonal style that builds alliance and promotes teamwork, while achieving results.
·Ability to understand cultural differences across geographies and adjust working style/approach accordingly
