Job description

Become part of a DAX 30 company and play an active role in shaping the global Compensation & Benefits approach for Deutsche Post AG – both operationally and strategically.

You will take over following responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the implementation of global C&B processes and programs
  • Design, plan and optimize standardized processes (e.g., the bonus process, performance management, grading, and annual compensation adjustment process)
  • Independently develop remuneration concepts including short/long-term incentive plans for regional as well as divisional usage
  • Coordinate the optimization of C&B tools and applications
  • Prepare guidelines for DPDHL (e.g., regarding the annual compensation adjustment process)
  • Analyze, plan, simulate and assess the sector in order to ensure the competitiveness of DPDHL
  • Ensure transparency for Management on the effects of C&B budgets and costs

Your profile

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least four years of relevant professional experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits
  • Familiarity with C&B plan design and review processes and ideally with the annual Compensation cycle
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and grading methodologies
  • Understanding of project management in an international working area with global stakeholder landscape
  • Practical experience with business analytics and data visualization solutions, i.e. Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau
  • Very good analytical skills paired with the ability to manage complex data inclusive of reports and key recommendations
  • Strong social skills and intercultural awareness
  • Convincing, self-confident and assertiveness
  • Knowledge of English at C1 level (business fluent), German in addition will be a plus
