INTERNSHIP FINANCE AND INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Greenplan is a DHL powered tech startup that offers solutions for smart logistics in the B2B- and B2C-sector. Our cloud-based dynamic tour planning toolkit helps moving goods in a highly efficient and clean way

Your task

Great opportunity to learn and support a corporate start up on the way to find the right investor and create an environment for accelerated growth

Support Greenplan Management with preparing and delivering the investment roadmap

Prepare presentations and other materials for investors and internal stakeholders including business case, information memoranda, management presentations and valuation presentations

Participate in due diligence sessions and communications with deal team members

Support finance team with budget planning, invoicing, and procurement processes

Your profile

• Excellent academic performance (preferably in business administration, finance, accounting and/or economics)

• Preferably previous internship experience within consulting, investment banking, corporate finance

• Genuine curiosity about the Investment world

• You are an adaptable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic student who can thrive under pressure and work well within a team

• Strong quantitative abilities as well as outstanding communications and time management skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German

• Proficiency in MS Office suite – especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
