DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) provides a single customer interface and develops innovative industry-tailored solutions for DHL’s largest global customers. The sector development department is responsible for sector strategy, fact base, community building and customer engagement for DHL’s strategic focus sectors.

Your tasks

• You will provide market and customer insights, contribute to strategic initiatives and help to position DHL as the thought leader in or strategic focus sectors.

• The internship will allow you to gain insights in strategy development and a comprehensive industry sector approach.
• You will work with global key account managers as well as strategy and business development teams across all DHL divisions on a global basis to shape the DHL growth agenda.

• Use the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and to gain insights into the day-to-day business of an internationally operating company.

Your profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or equivalent or in a gap year.

• Very good consulting and research skills (market segmentation, data validation, triangulation across sources, trend deduction)

• Proficiency in communication, PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent communication skills as well as excellent English (spoken and written)

• Passionate and curious about markets, customers and innovation
