DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) provides a single customer interface and develops innovative industry-tailored solutions for DPDHL’s largest global customers. The Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSHC) Sector implements DHL's strategy to win new, high growth potential customers and provides the interface for up and coming industry players in emerging economies worldwide.

Your tasks

• Supporting the LSHC Sales Team and provide analysis of Sales-related data, e.g. market research activities

• Coordinating administrative projects; act as point of contact

• Assisting in the preparation and facilitation of business workshops, materials for meetings and presentations

• Supporting the execution of projects

• Help to create a value proposition for the customer on behalf of DPDHL offering all services across all business units

Your profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or equivalent.

• Proficiency in MS office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel

• Excellent presentation skills (able to create and deliver) as well as excellent English (spoken and written

• Able to thrive in a team environment and also work independently. Energetic and enthusiastic.

• Analytical thinking and curious about industries, markets, customers.
