We are looking for an HR Program Manager working part-time who will support the Global DHL Freight HR team on various topics related to Employee Engagement & Performance Management.

In this role, you will:

  • Steer the employee surveys for DHL Freight such as Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and HR Quality Survey (HRQS) end to end

  • Act as contact person for country HR, global EOS / HRQS responsible and Senior Management

  • Support data provision for target setting (HRQS & EOS)

  • Drive corporate mandated programs and implement them in DHL Freight (e.g. Org Management, Internal Control Standards)

  • Contribute towards the reporting requirements (i.e. transparency, data gathering, ad hoc surveys)

  • Build relationships with HR professionals from other DHL Freight countries and help to create a successful HR network across the company and a culture of collaboration

Our perfect match:

  • You have an University degree and at least 2-3 years working experience in HR roles

  • Ideally, you already have experience with one or more of surveys in DPDHL as well as worked within multi-cultural and international organization

  • A sound knowledge of DHL Freight organizational structure is an advantage

  • You have strong process management skills

  • You are able to structure and organize yourself perfectly

  • You have a strong affinity to work with online tools, in particular excellent Excel skills to provide reporting

  • You have excellent communication and inter-cultural skills

  • You are able to work under pressure and to multi-task in changing environments

  • You are highly motivated and commited to maintain and continuously improve processes

  • You are an independent worker but can also interact as part of a team

  • You show a pro-active and engaged attitude
