We are looking for an experienced and proven HR Business Partner (m/f/d) who will consult with client groups to facilitate organizational improvement and provide Human Resources Business Partner support, to ensure that Global Head Office (GHO) DHL Freight has the right talent capability to enable the business to meet its goals.

In this role you will:

Carry out the complete set of HR Services for GHO employees and give advice to GHO managers in all human resources related questions/issues:

  • Manage the entire recruiting process

  • Manage new hire orientation and conduct on- and offboarding sessions for new joiners and leavers

  • Consult with managers on human resources issues

  • Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues

  • Ensure compliance to HR related legislation

  • Provide appropriate advice, analysis and support for Compensation & Benefits

  • Advise and support effective talent development, deployment and tracking within DHL Freight GHO

  • Support employee transfers throughout the network

  • Support employee relations and needs as a business partner

  • Manage specific projects and annual key support such as panel reviews, compensation and benefits review, follow up Employee Opinion Survey (EOS)


Our perfect match:

  • You have 3-5 years proven success in human resources on international level, with core expertise in Recruiting, Compensation and Talent Management

  • You have a university degree in HR management or business related field 

  • You show strong analytical, problem solving, facilitative and execution skills to achieve business priorities

  • You are able to negotiate at senior level, handling conflicting needs and demands

  • You are able to understand cultural differences across geographies and adjust working style/approach accordingly

  • You can consult effectively and work within a matrix organization

  • You convince with a thorough HR knowledge of HR portfolio

  • You have effective presentation and facilitation skills

  • You have proficient communication skills, spoken and written

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and high integrity is self-explanatory

  • You can work independently but also as part of a team

  • German language skills isa prerequisite, English a further must have

  • You have proficiency in standard PC applications, especially MS Office
