Qualification;

  1. Hold Bachelor degree and Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service is required  

  2. Familiar in industry knowledge, logistics industry is preferred

  3. Strong in problem solving skill

  4. Excellent telephone manner and handling skill

  5. Well organized and good at process oriented

  6. Customer centric and result oriented

  7. Good command of spoken and written English

  8. Proficient PC skill including MS Word and Excel

  9. Able to work in a dynamic environment

    Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell DHL products & services and achieve business targets, growth and KPIs as assigned
  • Acquire new customers, grow customer base and develop new business
  • Retain existing customers and maximize business potential
  • Daily contact to customers through outbound and inbound calls initiatives
  • Handle price and contract request from customers
  • Maintain customer business information, and update business activities in SFDC system
