We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you willhelp our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.

S-he will be the Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for:

  • Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, and talent planning

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers

  • Maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines and assist recruitment team to design all performance standards

  • Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all hiring managers and administer all recruitment activities for various projects.

  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention

  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

  • Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools

  • Ability to use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles

  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs as well as create and present KPI reports

  • Initiate, manage and lead all related Talent Executive Programs including ad hocs and other key projects


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Political Science or related field

  • Minimum 7 years of HR Talent Acquisition experience preferably in Logistics business or Retail industry or relate field

  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques

  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools

  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

  • Analytical skill, Systematic thinking, Teamwork and Sense of Entrepreneur

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English
