As part of our People Management Strategy, DHL eCommerce Solutions in Thailand wish to appoint a talented, experienced and motivated HRBP. With the growth of the structure, the purpose of this position is to partner with line managers across the business in order to obtain, investigate and follow-up on their concerns in the scope of HR and bring back to HR team for overall services improvements on timely manner. Also provide support on compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, performance management, employee relations, learning and development programs throughout employment lifetime.

S-he will be the HRBP responsible for:

  • Implementation of Global and local HR policies, services and programs for the respective business
  • Provide HR advisory to line manager to achieve business unit’s strategic objective.
  • Act as a change agent and key enable to support various HR projects and programs to drive and deliver HR strategies
  • Support the year end performance management and compensation process, working closely with regional HR during the annual performance and pay review salary and bonus cycle
  • Manage payroll data and salary review process and provide remuneration data to Functional Heads for employee salary reviews
  • Reviewing the compensation and benefits along with SEA Compensation and Benefits to manage the competitive packages aligned with compensation policy
  • Developing action plans based on employee feedback in order to achieve smooth employee and industrial relation
  • Embed DPDHL code of conduct to adhere with the highest standard of ethics
  • Support CSR, employee engagement and organize rewards and recognition programs
  • Maintain employees database as well as statistic records for all areas of HR activities
  • Monitor employee turnover data and analyze employee engagement. Analyze areas of support for achievement of optimal levels of attrition across the site
  • Undertake required analysis and reporting and provide monthly HR&HR KPI reports
  • Implement training and development initiatives aligned with specific competencies and essential/critical business needs
  • Provide HR support as and when required for functional training


  • At least 7 years of working experience in HR Business Partnering
  • Solid knowledge of HR issues and best practices
  • Self- driven with high level of commitment, able to multi-tasks and work in dynamic environment
  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • English communication is a must
  • Having experience in Logistic or Retail is advantage
