Role: Vehicle Damage Assessor

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

At DHL Inside Track we pride ourselves on perfection and getting it right first time. We are looking for a Vehicle Damage Assessor for our Alconbury site. You will be carrying out inspections, looking for damage and recording it, raising estimates on the GlassMatix system,  as well as notifying the relevant parties of any damage. You will also oversee a team of inspectors and be responsible for their development and workload.

Other duties include:

  • Carry out random valeting checks and inspections checks.
  • Mentor and supply guidance to all team members.

You will need experience in this role as you will be dealing with lots of different makes and models of cars. You will also need meticulous attention to detail and strive for perfection in all you do. Experience managing a team is not essential but you will need good people skills and the attributes for leadership to mentor and engage people in their role.

All we ask from you is that you have:

  • ATA or IMI Accreditation.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Good clear communication skills both written and verbally.
