Saloodo MEA Operations Manager
DHL Global Forwarding – Abu Dhabi l is looking for a skilled and experienced Saloodo MEA Operations Manager.
- Oversees operations for Saloodo across all markets in MEA.
- Ensures that saloodo provides consistent customer experience to carrier & shippers – considering local requirements as needed.
- Engages with country teams who perform day to day responsibilities such as customer service, incident management or carrier review meetings.
- Establish regular carrier meetings and ensures that these are conducted for all key carriers .
- Organizes the back office support via the GSC team in India (Mumbai).
- Provides input to saloodo platform roadmap and ensures key operational improvements get implemented on the platform.
- Ensures realization of budgetary performance by setting and monitoring clear objectives.

Qualifications & Key Requirements
- At least 7 years of operational road freight experience in Middle East, ideally also Africa.
- Management experience, ability to manage in matrix setup.
- Good command of English, Arabic/ French would be a plus.
- Interest in digital solutions.
