This role will work within Infra Operations – Collaboration team and will be primarily managing and supporting the daily operations of the SharePoint Service globally. The services within SharePoint services include SharePoint 2013 and Nintex. To work with Infrastructure Engineering and ITSS team for designing, evaluating, testing and deploying new technologies in the respective field. Responsible for ensuring SharePoint service infrastructure meets the business agreed SLA and on-time to provide quality service support globally.


Perform system administration and support of Global iShare service globally based in ITS services.

Support daily operations and provide 2nd level of support for SharePoint and Nintex services globally

Must be able to provide 24x7 on-call support on rotational basis during weekend

Ability to work within IT, cross functionally and with 3rd party vendors, in order to successfully identify, prioritize, and resolve any operational issue arise

Liaise with customers on daily issues and provide resolution

Working on tickets resolution to ensure it meets ticket Target Resolution Time (TRT)

Deep troubleshooting into repeated incidents - problem management

Champion continuous improvement and innovation to ensure service stability and sustainability


University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

IT Industrial - Hands-on experience in performing SharePoint administration and support in environments preferably using MS SharePoint 2013

5+ years of support experience in SharePoint 2013

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification

Microsoft Certification in SharePoint 2013: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)

Hands on experience of SharePoint application development and scripting, including PowerShell and SharePoint Designer are considered added advantage

Knowledge and experience in Nintex Form and Nintex Workflow would be added advantage

Knowledge and experience in Office365 would be added advantage

Basic knowledge of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) would be added advantage
