You will ensure that requests for assistance are accurately logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner, according to agreed standards and procedures ensuring that the services offered are carried out within the agreed Service Levels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work closely with the team leaders in German Service Desk to ensure that improvement plans are put in place.
Work closely with Training Specialist, Knowledge manager, Quality Assurance Specialist, Shared Services Specialist & Problem Manager to ensure quality gaps are being closed, that potential missing knowledge is reported and recap trainings are being planned for team members.
Review meeting with Team Leaders on regular basis to ensure improvements that help to increase the quality of the delivered support
Keep and address action plans for all quality improvements
Continual improvement of the BU related processes
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
Excellent level of German and English both written and verbal
Excellent communication & presentation skills; ability to present ideas clearly
Comfortable in facilitating an open dialogue with stakeholders
Customer oriented; relation builder
Non-silo thinker but a critical and analytical out-of-the-box thinker
Proactive and able to work independently with a keen eye for detail
Flexible and capable of handling multiple initiatives while still respecting deadlines
Preferably 2-3 years of experience working in the Service desk environment
