Senior Recruiter is leading in creative and innovative recruiting from sourcing till onboarding and adding value to the recruitment process through the use of specialized recruitment tools.
- Leading in senior level recruiting and technical recruiting including campus recruitment
- Partners with line managers to create internal and external recruiting methods and procedures to meet business requirements.
End to end recruiting for internal and external sourcing
Active contribution in recruiting strategy, methodology, and processes
Managing external recruiting partners and recruiters.
Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting function.
Adding value to the Recruitment process through the management and administering of psychometric and technical testing tools.
Provision of Market intelligence and trends though Global and local research and internal dashboard development
Mentor and coach Associate Recruiters on selection and sourcing methodologies
What you should have:
Experience in recruitment is a must; preferably in IT field
Able to interact all levels of staff
Strong Communication skills, spoken and written
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Facilitation and training skills
Familiar with competency based behavioral interview
Able to lead internal projects
