Job Purpose

Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of Greenplan’s activities. Support the work of the marketing manager and executives in organizing various projects. Working closely with team colleagues of all functions and support them.

Your tasks

·Proactively coordinate and engage with Executive and management team in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars

·Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items

·Assist in preparing presentations and recurring documentations

·Driving key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, supply ordering)

·Prepare memorandum, reports and other materials for staff and business meetings

·Travel coordination

·Assist in marketing and sales activities

·Providing general administrative support (e.g. ordering/maintaining supplies)

Your profile

·Robust knowledge of software programs Windows and MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint)

·Advanced writing, analytical and problem-solving skills

·Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple projects at once

·Ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently

·Ability to work independently

·Ability to communicate with internal and external clients effectively in a fast-paced environment

·Positive attitude, professionalism, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and willingness to take on new tasks.
