Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL's cross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. We are responsible for managing about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customers providing them with sector expertise, best in class account management and most innovative products & solutions.
We are looking for a Partner Marketing manager (m/f/x) who will be responsible for positioning of our partner program, generation of lead plans, content and activities. Also execution of plan and production of content and assets as well as measurement and optimization will be expected.
·Plan and manage marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines.
·Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors.
·Develop partner presentations and provide product training to partners.
·Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation.
·Maintain positive and productive relationship with partners.
·Support partner events and manage partner marketing communications.
·Manage global partner program to achieve revenue goals.
·Provide support in developing partner marketing strategies and campaigns.
·Develop partner marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives.
·Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements.
·University degree or comparable qualification with preference in information technology / business administration or alike
·Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years
·Excellent in English, business fluent in German or willingness to learn
·Experience in marketing and partner management
·Deep understanding of marketing insights and how to develop successful marketing plans
·Practical experience in project management
·Overall knowledge of partner management and event management
·Knowledge of DPDHL group product portfolio and its specific business models
·Ability to self-organize
·Professional moderation and presentation skills
·Very good team player with ability to adopt to different environments/cultures maintaining integrity and loyalty at any time
·Positive thinking and „can do“ mentality with the ability to assertiveness in complex business organizational environments, positive attitude in handling uncertainty
·Empathy, ability to convince experts and management
·Readiness to take on responsibility
·Willingness to travel domestic and internationally
