Driving and execution all marketing activities for the Greenplan. Developing a marketing strategy in line with company objectives. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
·Develop strategies and concepts to maintain top of the mind awareness of Greenplan and acquirequalified traffic
·Deploy successful digital and offline marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
·Use the right acquisition customer touch points like internal and external event management, publishing, lead generation campaigns, also with an emphasis on social media advertising to get the desired output
·Analyze consumer behavior and adjust adequate campaigns accordingly
·Produce valuable and engaging content for internal and external communication through all channels that attracts and converts our target groups
·Design offline and online marketing material (e.g. from website banners, brochures, roll-ups, case studies)
·Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
·Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
·Travel to third-party events as needed to engage with prospective customers and existing customers onsite
·Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
·Perform general salesforce support functions including user account maintenance, reports, profiles, dashboards, workflows, new user setup, and other related tasks
·University degree (marketing, communications, economics, business development or similar study fields)
·In depth knowledge and experience of online and offline marketing methodologies and channels
·Ideally 3-5 years of experience in logistics or logistic related Start-Ups
·High level of creativity
·Willing to undertake extensive international travel
·Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English for audience communication styles
·Effective presentation andfacilitation skills
·Structured work approach
·Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, especially deep knowledge of Powerpoint
·International exposure and cultural sensitivity
·Ability to work independently and within a team to deliver results
·Ability to adapt and perform under changing and uncertain conditions
·Experience in developing and implementing marketing concepts for start-ups or digital innovative products
·Great commitment and ability to work under pressure
·Salesforce knowledge is a plus but not required
