You will be responsible for avionics equipment, structures or other aircraft systems, as well as on-wing or off-wing ensuring airworthiness and the reliability of our fleet at European Air Transport Leipzig GmbH (EAT). This will involve maintaining contact with the original equipment manufacturers as they provide support for EAT operations and providing technical support to other departments, such as maintenance or logistics. You will also assist in producing reliability reports and prepare scopes of work for aircraft or major components headed to maintenance. Your duties will extend to reviewing base maintenance documents, shop reports and maintenance findings, enabling you to propose any necessary adjustments.
- Degree in aerospace engineering or similar accredited experience in aircraft maintenance
- At least two years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- Very good written and spoken English and German
- Good knowledge of IT tools (especially MS Office); knowledge of TRAX/AMOS highly desirable
- Systematic, precise and analytical; cool under pressure
- Team player, yet able to work autonomously
- Motivated, flexible and reliable
