As an intern in the DHL SmartSensor team you will support us in our day to day business, learn about our customers and the logistics industry and get a valuable insight into the Innovation of our solutions. During the intership you will gain insights into all tasks of our start-up like team and will be taking over a central role to the success of the DHL SmartSensor & IoT solution.
You will prepare shipments of devices to our customers and perform data analysis tasks and market research. You will also be in direct contact with our customers and conduct trainings and support for the DHL SmartSensor solution. Besides supporting the development of our solution technically you will also identify new customers.
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Engineering or Business Administration - Industrial or Logistics preferrred
- Fluent in English; German would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and well organized with a high self-motivation
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate a complex idea in a simple way
- Customer centric mindset with a talent for solving the unmet needs of customers
- Passionate and curious about technology and logistics
- Advanced understanding of technical and logistical processes and work streams
- Basic knowledge of mobile App development processes
- Basic knowhow of loT technologies
- Advanced skills in Exel and Powerpoint
